Prepayment transfer (bank transfer)

After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, in which you will find our bank details. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed immediately. If your payment is not received in 7 days, we unfortunately have to cancel your order. Please note that a bank transfer can take 1-3 working days! Please indicate your order number and your name as reason for payment, so that we can assign your payment!

PayPal

With the payment service PayPal you can pay your order easily and quickly online. At the end of your order you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal, where you can log into your PayPal account and arrange your payment. You will then be redirected to our shop to confirm your purchase. Your order will be edited as soon as we receive your payment (usually within a few minutes). In case of a return the money will be credited to your Paypal account. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can register with PayPal during the payment process.

Credit Card

We accept Visa and MasterCard. When paying by credit card, you provide your credit card details after the order process. Your order will be edited immediately after receipt. Your data will be encrypted by the SSL procedure. Your credit card will be charged with the purchase. In case of a return, the refund will be made to your credit card account.

Purchase Agreement

If you have Purchase Agreement with AUTOMATION SUPPLY please choose this method and pay in terms on agreement.

Shipment

Shipping Time

We aim to ship your order within term written in product description. We have our warehouse in Lithuania. We offer different shipping methods and the shipping time depends on the method you choose when placing the order. With Free pick up in stock (EXW delivery terms), please provide carrier and cars plate number.

Shipping and customs

Shipping time does not take into account local custom processing which may take few days depending on the region. Custom fees and related costs vary depending on the country. Each customer should find out about their local custom fees and if the product can lawfully be imported to the destination. If you order within EU, there will be no customs fees as we ship from Lithuania which is within EU.

Orders shipped outside EU countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; AUTOMATION SUPPLY has no control over these charges, nor can AUTOMATION SUPPLY predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
